We are excited to announce the release of Sygnal Android & iOS Mobile Version 3.0.6, introducing enhanced mobile form accessibility and streamlined client documentation workflows.
- A new Home Safety Assessment form is now available within the staff-assigned client profile on the Sygnal Mobile App.
- Staff can access the assigned client profile directly from the mobile app and complete the Home Safety Assessment form.
- Completed forms can now be submitted directly from the Sygnal Staff Mobile App to the Sygnal Web platform.
- Submitted forms are automatically available under the respective client document section within Sygnal Web.
- Reviewer users can review submitted forms directly from the sygnal web.
- Reviewer users can update the form status to “Reviewed” after verification.
- PDF print generation is now available for submitted Home Safety Assessment forms.
- Generated PDF copies can be printed, shared, or securely stored within the system for compliance and record management purposes. - This enhancement improves communication between field staff and administration teams while reducing paperwork and manual processing
