We are excited to announce the release of Sygnal Android & iOS Mobile Version 3.0.2, introducing support for On Call Shifts to improve visibility and interaction for staff using the mobile app. Below is a detailed overview of the key features included in this release.
On Call Shifts are now displayed in the Shift List view with a clear On Call indication.
Staff can accept or reject On Call Shifts directly from the Shift List when the shift is not force-accepted.
If an On Call Shift is force-accepted, it will be displayed with the status Accepted, and no accept or reject actions will be available.
A rejection reason can be entered when rejecting an On Call Shift (optional, up to 500 characters).
Clock In / Clock Out functionality is not available for On Call Shifts.

Staff can tap an On Call Shift to view its details, including:
Scheduled date range or number of days
Shift description
Staff Notes option (available after acceptance)

Staff can add On Call Notes to the shift:
Up to 16,000 characters
Up to 3 attachments
Added notes are saved and displayed as On Call Notes for the specific shift.
