Will staff see On Call shifts in the mobile app?
Yes. On Call shifts appear in the Shift List with a clear On Call indication.
Can staff accept or reject an On Call shift?
Yes, if Force Acceptance is disabled. Staff can accept or reject directly from the Shift List.
And if the user rejects the on-call shift, it will be submitted with the reason for rejection ( Consistent with standard shift behaviour)
Can staff clock in or out for On Call shifts?
No. Clock In and Clock Out are not available for On Call shifts.
Can staff open an On Call shift to view details?
Yes. The shift detail view displays:
Scheduled date range or number of days
Shift description
Staff Notes option (subject to acceptance status)
What are On Call Staff Notes?
When the on-call shift is accepted or approved by the Staff user, they can add on-call shift notes from the mobile.
This will be categorized as 'On Call Staff Notes' and will be saved against your on-call shift in the roster.
Staff can:
Enter notes up to 16,000 characters
Upload up to 3 attachments for on-call notes.
