We are excited to announce the release of Sygnal Android & iOS Mobile Version 3.0.4, introducing support for Not Billable shifts to improve visibility and interaction for staff using the mobile app. Below is a detailed overview of the key features included in this release.
Non-Billable shift types are displayed in the Shift List View.
Staff can perform Accept or Reject the shift, and upon acceptance, staff can clock in and Clock Out the shifts.
Based on the backend approval workflow, shifts may move to sygnal Web for approval
All statuses synchronise with Sygnal Web.
During Clock Out Staff can
- Enter Staff Notes.
- Request Amendments for Non-Billable shift times.
- Submit shift Expenses during the Non-Billable Clock Out flow.
- Can submit KM requests for claimingUpon assignment, staff receive push notifications.
In-app notifications are triggered as per standard shifts.
Status updates and approvals follow the same notification behaviour as normal shifts.
