Team Members
The Team Member Screen facilitates efficient management of team member records, allowing users to create, view, edit, and update individual profiles. It offers in-depth insights into a team member's work location, allocated and utilized work hours for the current week and month, availability status, as well as access to approved shift records and vendor information.

In this menu, users will be able to see the team member record list, and along with that, they will be able to create, edit, update, and download team member records.
Team Member Overview
In the "Team Members Overview" section, users gain valuable insights into the assigned and approved shifts of team member over the past 30 days. This feature provides a comprehensive view of the recent work schedule, facilitating effective management and coordination within the team.
- Coloured widgets show the work utilization of the team member for the current month. Where sleepover shows the total sleepover shift count and weekday, weekend and public holiday shows the total shift hours for the current month.
- Team member type tells the team member type which can be Admin, In House, Contractor or Both. Team member with Admin type can't be assigned any shift and if type is both or contractor then Employment mapping tab will be enabled for them.
- Work utilization shows the current week utilized hours for shift either assigned or drafted. This week can be changed from filter to check previous weeks utilization.
- Status shows a staff is active/inactive, if a staff is inactive that staff won't be available for rostering and his/her current and future shifts will be unpublished.
Status Summary
The Status Summary feature in Team Members provides users with a comprehensive overview of the status of Items, and Requests for Information (RFI). It includes details such as creation date, issue date, expiry date, and more.
RFI Forms
The RFI Form section in the Team Member Profile empowers users with the ability to seamlessly issue and manage Requests for Information (RFI) within the collaborative workspace. Whether you need to initiate a new RFI or review and approve previously submitted forms, this section provides a centralized hub for efficient RFI workflow management. User with RFI issue permission can only issue the forms.
Items
The Item tab allows users to efficiently manage and add various records for team members, such as bank accounts, licenses, and more. All the records added by users will be displayed in a grid format within the "Item" tab. The grid provides an organized overview of the added items, making it easy for users to track and manage team member information.
Notes
In the Notes screen, users can add Management Notes for staff. Additional notes can be added under a parent note, along with attachments. These notes can be viewed and filtered by the user based on various filter options, such as date range, category, client, etc. Additionally, the notes can be downloaded in a .CSV format. This note screen can be accessed by the user with required permissions only.
Availability
In the Availability screen, users can efficiently update their weekly availability by selecting days and specifying time slots. Green signifies availability, while red indicates non-availability for a given day. This visual representation streamlines communication, allowing users to quickly and intuitively manage their schedules. The color-coded system provides a clear overview, enabling users to grasp availability status at a glance, fostering effective coordination within the team. This availability can also be updated from the Mobile application by user.
Time Off
In the "Time Off" tab, the logged-in user can view/create time-off requests for team members. If the logged-in user has the necessary permissions, they can create/edit/approve or reject the time-off request, providing a streamlined process for managing team members' time-off requests. User can delete the past leave requests also.
Note : Only future start or end date can be edited.
Employment Mapping
In the "Employment Mapping" tab, the logged-in user can associate a vendor with a subsidiary for a specific team member. Each subsidiary can be linked to one vendor, and conversely, one vendor can be mapped to multiple subsidiaries. The "Employment Mapping" tab is exclusively enabled for team members whose Team member type is staff or both and employment type is either Contractor or Both. This feature facilitates the efficient organization of vendor-subject associations, providing flexibility in managing relationships within the system.
Upload History
In this menu, users will be able to download the template and upload all employee records.
Download History
In this menu, the user will be able to see the downloaded history of team members' records. Download all team members records. User can choose the required fields only to donwload. Download button is on the team member record grid.
