A Price List Menu is a user-friendly interface that allows users to effortlessly access and manage price lists, subsidies, and supplements tailored to specific client types. It enables users to create, view, edit, and update price line items with ease, ensuring efficient pricing management.
Subsidy Management
In Subsidy Management, users will be able to view and edit the daily subsidy and supplement rates for the aged care clients. As per these rates subsidy and supplements will be credited to the client on daily basis.
Upon clicking on the edit icon on the subsidy management screen, the user will get an edit popup screen where they can update and save the rates for daily subsidy levels and supplements. User can schedule new rates also, new rates will be updated and applicable as per the new start and expiry date set.
NDIS Price List
The NDIS price list is for NDIS client types. On this screen, users can create, view, and edit the price items for NDIS client types. They will also be able to retire any price item.
Upon clicking the "Create" button on the NDIS price list screen, the user will receive a popup window to create a price list item. From there, the user must select and fill in the mandatory fields and rates before saving. To designate any line item as a Travel Line item, simply activate the "Travel Item" toggle. This travel line item can then be linked to any other price line item for reference.
Aged Care Price List
The aged care price list is for the aged care client type. In this screen, the user will be able to create, view, edit, update, and retire price list items.
Upon clicking on the create button on the aged care price list screen, the user will get a popup window to create a price list item, and then the user has to select and fill in the mandatory fields and save.
iCare Price List
The iCare price list is for the iCare client type. In this screen, the user will be able to create, view, edit, update, and retire price list items.
Upon clicking on the create button on the iCare price list screen, the user will get a popup window to create a price list item, and then the user has to select and fill in the mandatory fields and save.
Note: When a price line item is marked as retired and if that line item is used in any future published shifts, then those shift will get unpublished with a line item conflict.
NDIS Upload History
The NDIS upload history screen lists uploaded records. It is used to upload bulk price list items. Here, the user gets the option to download a template in the form of an excel sheet in which price items can be added in the given format, and then they can be uploaded from the Upload File option. Uploaded price list items will reflect on the NDIS price list screen.
