The incident screen allows users to report any incidents that occur during their shift. The screen includes the following fields:
- Incident type: The type of incident, such as a safety incident, a customer service incident, or an equipment malfunction.
- Incident description: A detailed description of the incident
- Incident location: The location of the incident
- Incident time: The time of the incident
- Incident severity: The severity of the incident, such as low, medium, or high.
- Incident status: The status of the incident, such as open, closed, or resolved.
Upon clicking on the create button, the user will get a screen in which they have to fill in the required information for the incident and save it.
Upon filling in all the form fields user can save the form and upon saving user will be able to print the form by clicking on the Print button located on the top right side of the screen.
Once the user clicks on the print button, they have to click on the view icon of the template for which they want to generate a PDF, the template can be multiple and for each template separate PDF can be generated.
Note: To Submit an Incident Staff Worker needs to login to the web application.
