The dashboard screen allows the user to select different dashboard types and subsidiaries, and based on the selected dashboard type and subsidiary, the user will be able to view the data, like in the franchise dashboard, where the user will be able to view the revenue of approved and unapproved shifts.
Franchise Dashboard
On the Franchise Dashboard screen, the user can view a graph of approved and unapproved shift revenue for the selected subsidiary on a yearly or monthly basis by clicking on the "Load Dashboard Data" option. The user can view data for the past two years by selecting a year. By default, both approved and unapproved revenues are displayed for the year-to-date (YTD). However, the user can choose to view only approved or unapproved revenue by deselecting the other option. Approved shift revenue is shown in green bars, while unapproved shift revenue is displayed in red bars.
In addition to the revenue graph, user will also see the shifts with conflict like Staff Inactive, Time off or Unavailability for staff reallocation. User can select other available staff and publish the shift again.
HR Dashboard
On the HR dashboard screen, users will be able to view and approve the employee summary, like RFI forms, awaiting evidence, pending HR documents, pending signatures, and pending profile image approvals.
Executive Dashboard
On the Executive Dashboard screen, the user will be able to view the graph of approved and unapproved shift revenue on a yearly or monthly basis.
