This patch update will enhance the user experience, providing more accurate data entry and improved visibility into rejected shifts and their associated comments.
Update 1: NDIS Number Validation Change
Description: NDIS number validation has been adjusted from 10 digits to 9 digits to align with the updated standards and regulations.
Update 2: Enhanced Roster Approval Screen and Rejected Shift Handling
Description: In the roster approval screen view, the status of rejected shifts has been changed to 'Rejected' instead of 'Pending Approval'. These records are now filtered based on the reject status filter in the view. Clicking on a rejected shift opens the resource amendment screen, displaying the rejected comment. This comment section is visible only if the shift status is 'Rejected'. The 'Rejected' status is highlighted in red colour. If multiple resources have rejected comments, they are displayed individually, highlighting the reject comments, resource names, and status in red. In the shift creation view, the header displays the 'Rejected Comment'. If the reject comment exceeds the field length, users can view and read the complete comment using the tooltip option. Users can easily identify rejected shifts, view rejection comments, and handle resource-specific rejections efficiently, ensuring streamlined roster management and improved communication regarding shift rejections.
