We’re pleased to introduce new enhancements to Sygnal Web, including the Vendor Portal, Support Network Access, and Sygnal AI.
Vendor Portal and Support Network Access
- Approved vendors can now log in to the Sygnal Vendor Portal using their assigned credentials.
- Vendors can manage staff through Staff Management, staff bulk upload, or an approved direct integration.
- Vendor users can view staff availability, active or inactive status, on-duty status, skills, ratings, and contact information.
- The Vendor Roster Calendar allows vendors to view shifts assigned to their staff and track statuses such as Published, Accepted, Approved, Invoiced, and Cancelled.
- Vendors can generate and download standard payroll and invoice reports for selected reporting periods.
- Providers can access the new Search Market Staff option from the Team Member list.
- Providers can search vendor staff by name, location, designation, and services.
- Available staff can be reviewed, added to the provider’s Team Member list, and assigned to one or multiple subsidiaries.
- Once added, vendor staff can be rostered and managed through the existing Sygnal workflow.
- Relevant roster, payroll, and invoice information will be reflected in the Vendor Portal.
- Access to Support Network Market Staff requires approval and activation by the Sygnal Administration Team.

Sygnal AI for Web
- Sygnal AI is now available through a floating chatbot launcher across Sygnal Web.
- Users can type requests or use the microphone option to speak directly to Sygnal AI.
- Sygnal AI can generate and download supported reports in CSV format.
- Users can search for client, staff, shift, incident, event, and reference data.
- Sygnal AI can provide operational counts, summaries, comparisons, and insights.
- Incident Form PDFs can be generated from existing incident records.
- Users can also ask questions about Sygnal modules, workflows, roles, and permissions.
- Sygnal AI follows the logged-in user’s existing permissions, subsidiary access, and organisational restrictions.
- Access to Sygnal AI requires approval and activation by the Sygnal Administration Team.
