This release introduces enhancements to roster management, amendment visibility, and approval processing to improve operational accuracy and scheduling visibility across roster workflows.
Amendment Hours in Roster Calendar
- Approved and invoiced shifts now display amended shift start and end times across all Client, Resource, and Subsidiary calendar views.
- Users can now view both the original scheduled time and amended time within the shift details and More Options view.
- Staff and client details, financial line items, shift type information, and pricing calculations now automatically refresh based on amended hours.
- Day View positioning and drag-and-drop functionality now use amended shift times instead of original scheduled times.
Amendment Hours in Approval View
- The Approval grid now displays amended shift start and end times directly within the Shift Time columns.
- The original scheduled shift time continues to display in the Approval header for reference purposes.
- We now approve and process payroll based on the amended shift hours to improve payroll and roster accuracy.
Roster Calendar View – Show All Staff
- Added a new “Show All Staff” toggle option within the roster filter panel.
- When enabled and filtered by subsidiary, users can now view all mapped staff members, including staff without assigned shifts for the selected date range.
- Staff without shifts will appear as empty rows or cards in the roster view to improve visibility and resource planning.
- The toggle is enabled by default, while disabling it will filter only the staff with shifts for the period.
- Existing staff filter functionality and all other roster filters remain unchanged.
