We’re pleased to announce the latest Sygnal Web release, now available in the Production environment, introducing further enhancements to NDIS client filtering and billing report generation to provide clearer billing type visibility and more flexible reporting options.
🔹Client List View – NDIS Billing Type Filter
The Client List has been enhanced with a new Billing Type filter when NDIS is selected as the Client Type. Users can filter NDIS clients by:
- NDIS Self Managed
- Plan Managed
- NDIS Agency Managed
The Billing Type filter supports multiple selections and works together with the existing Client List filters.
🔹Debtor Agency Report – Billing Type Selection
The Debtor Agency Report has been updated with separate NDIS billing type selections:
- NDIS Self Managed
- Plan Managed
- NDIS Agency Managed
Report results and exports are generated based on the selected billing type.
When Plan Managed is selected, the Plan Manager selection becomes available, allowing users to select one or multiple Plan Managers before generating the report.
