We are excited to introduce the new features and enhancements in Sygnal version 2.60.1 This release focuses on enhancing user experience, providing more flexibility in client management, and improving overall workflow efficiency.
New Features
1. Client Favourite Services:
- Introducing a new 'Favourite Services' in client settings tab.
- Users can now add client favourite price line items.
- Track monthly and yearly utilization of client favourite services for better insights.
- User can set up the utilization manually and have the better idea of how much of a utilization is for monthly and yearly.
2. Client Favourite Price Line Item Selection in Roster creation:
- Added the ability to select client favourite price line items during roster creation.
- Streamlined client billing approval process by incorporating client favourite selections.
3. Staff Restriction in Client Settings:
- Introducing a new 'Staff Restriction' in client settings tab.
- Users can specify staff members to be restricted for a particular client.
4. Displaying Restriction Staff Details:
- The staff info section on roster creation and Dashboard staff allocation now displays details of restricted staff for enhanced visibility and reallocation.
5. Widget Renaming & Updating:
- Updated the widgets on roster review/approval to "Staff Paid KMs" and "Client Billed KMs".
- Improved clarity and consistency in data representation.
6. Private Client Creation & Edit:
- Introducing a new client type, "Other," specifically designed for creating private clients.
- Users can create and edit private clients in a manner similar to other client types.
7. Force Acceptance for Shifts:
- A new toggle, "Enable Shift Auto Acceptance," has been introduced under company configuration.
- Enabling this toggle will set the shift as a default force accept.
8. Aged Care Client - Subsidy Reduction:
- A new feature for Aged Care Clients - 'Subsidy Reduction' for CDC.
- This field allows users to add a value while creating Aged Care clients and modify it in the adjustment screen. The Subsidy Reduction feature deducts the daily rate from the government fund, calculated as (Daily Fund = Govt Daily Fund - [(All Subsidy total - ITF value) x Management fee %] - Subsidy Reduction).
9. Hide Client type details based on the Client type Statues.
- Added a new column “Status” to the client type grid in Administrator module.
- If the client type status is “Inactive” then client type details on dropdown and filter screen will be hidden on the below pages: Client Creation/Edit and Filter grids/Roster Creation/Edit and Filter criteria/Roster Approval & Filter criteria/Reports.
10. Roster Creation and View Screen Modification for the shift creation info.
- In the Roster View by Resource/Client/Subsidiary view when the user creates a new shift and then click 'Save' or 'Published' the created user and the date will be displayed on the shift header.
- When the user updates the shift details or make any changes then last modified user details are captured and displayed on the shift header.
11. Roster Review Approval View: Status Filter Modification
- In the Roster Review/Approval View screen, we have made improvements to the 'Status' filter. It is now a dropdown with a single selection, allowing users to filter data on the grid based on the selected status. This enhancement aims to streamline the user experience and improve the efficiency of managing rosters.
