This update includes several important new features and enhancements aimed at improving the user experience and improving visibility, audit ability, across key areas of the application. Shift Timeline View (New Tab)
Module: Roster
What’s New:
A new “Timeline” tab is now available inside the Shift details view on roster calendar.
Key Features:
- Displays a chronological list of actions performed on the shift (e.g., creation, updates, clock-in/clock-out, approved/invoiced).
- Helps users track who made what changes and when.
- Note: Timeline data will only be available for:
- Shifts created after this release.
- New actions performed after this update on existing shifts.
- This timeline data is also now included in the Audit Report for full traceability.
Deleted Shifts on Calendar & Reports
Modules: Calendar, Reports
What’s New:
Users can now view and report on deleted shifts for better transparency.
Key Features:
- Use the new “Deleted ” option in shift status filed in filter on the Calendar to display deleted shifts.
- Deleted shift details can be downloaded from the Reports module, making it easier to track historical changes or errors.
Client Document Expiry Reminders

What’s New:
Each client document now supports a Reviewer Action Due Date to help manage compliance and review cycles.
Key Features:
- Users can set an review/expiry date when adding a document for client.
- Subscribed users will automatically receive email reminders before and after the document expires.
- Helps ensure timely document reviews and better document life cycle management.
Time Off & Availability Audit Logging

What’s New:
We’ve added audit logging for all user changes to availability and time off.
Key Features:
- Every update made from web or mobile platforms for availability and time off is now recorded in the Audit Log.
- Includes the user, timestamp, and nature of the change.
- Improves visibility and accountability for shift planning and availability management.
