🏠 Support at Home (SAH) 2025 Setup
- New configuration area to enable the SAH 2025 framework in Sygnal.
- Support for new funding sources such as Home Support Ongoing, Care Management Fees, Assistive Technology (AT), Home Modifications (HM), Restorative Care (RC), and End of Life (EL).

Set up for Service Groups, Service Types, Services and Items as per the 2025 structure.
🧾 Client Funding & Price Book Enhancements
- Client profile updated to store multiple SAH-2025 funding sources per client.
- Price Book updated with the SAH classification hierarchy (Service Group → Service Type → Service → Item).

Validation to avoid using retired/mismatched items when rostering or claiming.
📅 Roster, Billing & Claim File Alignment
- Roster and claim generation now map to SAH 2025 fields (delivery date, service type, funding source).
- AT/HM items supported with quantity and unit validations.

On Roster approval, Payroll/Client Billing tabs updated to display SAH-specific lines where applicable.
📑 Reporting & Statements
- New Claim Report to help reconcile SAH claims.
