We are excited to introduce the new features and enhancements in Sygnal version 2.61.2 This release focuses on enhancing user experience, providing more flexibility in time off request and agency billing reports, and improving overall workflow efficiency.

New Features & Enhancements:

1. Time Off Request Deletion for Past and Future Dates:

   • Users with appropriate permissions can now delete time off requests for past and future dates of team members from the web.

2. Other Client (Private) Overview & Expense Approval View Modification with Category and Funds:

   • Enhanced the Client Overview and Expense Approval sections to display client category and funds for Other Client type.

3. Agency Billing Report Generation for Aged Care and Other Client Types:

   • Users can now generate and export the Agency billing report for Aged Care and Other Client types. Zip folder contains a billing and claim file.

4. Debtor/Agency Billing Invoice Generation Modification for Other Client (Private):

   • Updated the Debtor/Agency billing report for Other Client type to include the option to select client category and generate or export the report.

5. Aged Care Finance Module to Adjust Government Funds:

   • Introduced a module allowing users to upload government funds for aged care clients, utilizing a downloadable template provided on the module screen.
   • User with permission "Manage Age Care finance" can download template and upload it. 

6. Default Landing Page for Sygnal Web:

   • Added a default home page for users who are not assigned to other dashboard like HR/Franchise.

7. Client Creation/Edit Modifications:

   • Modified the client creation/edit screens by removing the mandatory condition for the "Marital Status" field.

8. Aged Care Client - 'ITF Reduction' Feature:

   • A new feature for Aged Care Clients - 'ITF Reduction' for CDC.
   • This field allows users to add a value while creating Aged Care clients and modify it in the client billing adjustment screen. The ITF Reduction feature deducts the daily rate from the government fund, calculated as (Daily Fund = Govt Daily Fund - [(All Subsidy total) x Management fee %] - Subsidy Reduction-ITF Reduction)

9. Time Off Request Modification for Non-Clock-In Shifts:

   • Users can now apply for time off even after accepting a shift but before clocking in, improving flexibility in scheduling.
