We are excited to announce the latest updates and enhancements to Sygnal. Below are the key features and improvements now live on production:
Enhancements & Improvements
1. All Filter" Added to Users Section
- A "Select All" option has been added in the grid filter section of the User screen and the subsidiary dropdown in the Edit User screen.
- Users can now easily select all or multi-select in the selection dropdown.
2. Roster Report Enhancements
- Additional columns 'Amount' and 'Service Item Descriptions' have been added to the Roster Report to display total client billing amount for each shift and the price line items used.
- UI modifications and improvements have been made to the report headers and grid for better usability.
3. NDIS Claim Report Enhancement
- Three new columns have been added to the Debtor Agency billing - Agency file (NDIS only): Claim Type, Cancellation Reason, and ABN of Support Provider.
4. Shift Schedule Report Enhancement.
- Two new columns titled "Total Hours” and “Amount" are added to the shift schedule report.
- The ‘Total Hours’ column will display the total hours for the shift as per the shift status (approved hours for approved shifts) and the Overnight shift/Sleepover shift will be displayed as ‘Hours + SL’ in the report view and the ‘Amount’ column will display the Billed amount for the shift as per the shift status.
5. Shift Report Enhancements
- The report will now filter based on the 'Subsidiary' selection.
- New columns added include Client Type, Total Hours, Amount, Requested KMs, Approved KMs, and Billed KMs for better insights.
6. Web Shift Note View Improvements
- UI modifications and improvements have been made to the client notes web view to support note formatting for a better user experience.
7. Shift Adjustment - Split Shift Visibility
- Users can now view split shifts in the shift adjustment screen, similar to the roster creation and amendment screen.
- Enhanced functionality allows users to change price line items for split shifts with restrictions on editing the billing template and start/end dates.
The normal shift splitting and updating mechanism remains unchanged.
