1. Bulk Roster Approval on the Approval View
- Feature Enhancement: In the roster approval view, the approved checkbox on shifts can now be enabled for bulk approval, provided the shift contains no amendments, pending requests, or KM requests.
- Permission Update: Introducing the "Bulk Shift Approval" permission under roster section user roles. Only users with this permission can perform bulk approvals.
- Audit Trail Enhancement: Display of last modified username/approved username along with date and time in payroll tab and client billing pages upon roster review and approval.
- Audit Log Update: Information including approved username, shift IDs, date, and time will now be logged in the audit log report for comprehensive audit purposes.
2. Roster Review & Approval Modification with Additional Columns
- User Interface Update: Added fields such as Clock-In Time, Clock-Out Time, Requested KM, and Total Hours to the column selector in 'Roster Review/Approval View'.
- Tooltip Enhancement: Tooltip in shift list view now shows additional records for these columns if present.
3. Active Debtors Filter on Roster Creation/Edit and Amendment Screen
- Enhanced Filtering: Only active debtors will be listed for selection in roster creation and shift amendment screens related to client billing.
- User Experience Improvement: When editing an unpublished shift with an inactive debtor, only active debtors are displayed for editing and republishing.
4. Roster View Filter through 'Case Manager' User
- User Role Enhancement: Added a case manager filter in roster view page, allowing selection of case manager users assigned to specific clients.
- Default Selection: 'All' case managers option is selected by default with no filtration based on selected client while filtering.
5. Price List - Latest Price Update for Shifts through Daily Scheduler
- Automated Update: System now updates price line item mapped shifts daily at midnight based on manually created or backend-uploaded price points.
- State Specific Update: Draft, Published, and Unpublished shifts will reflect updated prices; Approved, Invoiced, and Cancelled shifts remain unchanged.
6. Roster Calendar View - Day View Enhancements
- Layout Improvement: Day view now displays more resources and client information efficiently.
- Simplified Display: Client name is prominently displayed; tile card wraps show client name and count.
- Time Range Update: Default start time adjusted from 6 AM to 12 Midnight for better viewing experience.
7. Roster Review Approval Screen Modification for Amendment Copy to Client Billing Tab
- Functional Enhancement: Amendments approved in payroll tab for shifts involving single or multiple resources and clients update client billing tab with relevant date, time, and financial adjustments.
- User Notification: Users are notified of required payroll amendments impacting client billing section for shifts involving multiple clients and resources.
8. Client Note View and Client Note Role Modification
- Role Management: Added 'Delete Client Note' user role permission allowing deletion of client notes/sub-notes.
- Permission Refinement: 'Edit Client Note' permission now excludes delete button access; limited to editing client notes/sub-notes in client note view.
- Audit Trail Inclusion: Each parent note or sub-note now includes 'Last Modify User' and 'Last Modify Date' labels, updating with user actions (create, edit, delete) recorded in Audit Log report.
- Deleted Notes Visibility: New filtration option 'Show Deleted Notes' allows users with 'Delete Client Note' permission to view deleted client notes in client notes tab.
