We are excited to announce the latest updates and enhancements to Sygnal. Below are the key features and improvements now live on production:
New Features & Enhancements

Client Alerts on Client Setting Tab.
- Feature: A new 'Client Alerts' section has been introduced under the settings tab in the client module. This feature is now available for all client types.
- Function: Users can now create, modify, and delete alerts. These alerts will be visible to Sygnal mobile users when clocking in for a shift for the respective client. Alert details include the creator, date and time added, title, and description. Additionally, a new user role permission has been added to enable or disable alerts for mobile users.

Shift Amendment Screen Modifications and Validation on 'Expense Request'.
- Feature: The shift amendment screen has been updated with new columns and an improved UI.
- Function: Users can now see 'Request Expense' and 'Approved Expense' columns for expense approvals, with enhanced visual elements for better navigation.

Subsidiary-Based User List Filtering in User Module.
- Feature: Added subsidiary-based filtering in the User module.
- Function: Users can view all subsidiary-assigned users if they have the appropriate permissions. The 'User' page now defaults to showing users assigned to the logged-in user's subsidiaries, with options for password resets and edits based on permissions.

Client View, Team Member View, Roster Creation, and Roster Approval View Based on Logged-in User's Mapped Subsidiary.
- Feature: Modified views to display information based on the logged-in user's assigned subsidiary.
- Function: Only information related to the logged-in user's assigned subsidiary is displayed in the Client View, Team Member View, Roster Creation, and Roster Approval views. Filters and selection screens now only show relevant subsidiary values.

Change Roster View Default Setting.
- Feature: Updated the default week start day in the roster view.
- Function: The roster view now defaults to starting the week on Monday instead of Sunday.

Roster Review Approval Screen Modification with KM Approval.
- Feature: Added new messages for shifts requiring KM approval in the roster review screen.
- Function: Users will now see a confirmation message for KM-only approvals: "Payroll contains a KM request that needs your approval. Do you wish to proceed?" The client billing message has also been updated for payroll amendments.

Active Price Lines Toggle on Financial Section Price Line Item Selection Screen.
- Feature: Added a toggle for active price line items in the financial section.
- Function: By default, only active price line items are displayed in the selection screen. Users can disable the toggle to view all items. This feature is also applied to 'Roster Creation,' 'Client Amendment screen,' and 'Shift Adjustment.'

Dashboard: Franchisee Modification to Display Financial Year-wise Data.
- Feature: Enhanced the franchisee dashboard to display data by financial year.
- Function: Users can now view dashboard data on a financial year basis if YTD is selected. Month and year details are displayed for improved user experience, with tooltips available on hover over bar graphs.

Client List View as a Case Manager.
- Feature: Introduced a new permission 'View as Case Manager' in the client section of the role module.
- Function: Users with this permission will see only the clients assigned to them as case managers when logged into the client module. They can view and modify these clients based on other permissions.

Roster Creation and Roster Approval View as a Case Manager.
- Feature: Added a new permission 'View shifts as Case Manager' in the roster section of the role module.
- Function: Users with this permission will see only the shifts for clients assigned to them as case managers when logged into the roster module. In the approval view, shifts will be filtered based on the assigned clients for the case manager for approval.
