We’re excited to announce the release of Sygnal Web Version 2.68.1, featuring enhanced functionalities to improve your experience. Below are the key features and improvements now live on production:
New Features and Enhancements
1. Price Line Item Retirement
- Unpublishing Shifts: When a user retires a price line item from the price list view, all the future shifts associated with that line item will be unpublished. Only Clocked-in, Approved and invoiced shifts will remain unaffected.
- Multiple Price Line Items: Shifts with more than one price line item, including inactive ones, will still be unpublished.
- Price Line Deactivation Conflicts: Unpublished shifts will be displayed as 'Price Line Deactivation Conflicts' in the roster calendar view. Users can filter these shifts by status.
2. Time Off Management
- Employee Module Permissions: Users with the "Manage Time Off" permission can now add time off requests via the Sygnal web. Resource users can view their past requests and submitted time off.
- Shift Management: Time off requests will affect shifts in the roster view. All the published shifts will get unpublished.
- Clocked-In Shift Restriction: If a user has clocked-in shifts during the requested time off, an error message will display: “User has clocked in shifts for the period; therefore, the request for time off cannot be added."
3. KM Auto Copy Functionality
- Configuration Parameter: A new parameter, 'Enabled Request KM Auto Copy,' has been added under the 'Shift' section of company configuration. When enabled, the requested KM will be copied to the approved KM column.
- Client Billing: Approved KM will be charged to the client when specific conditions are met, including single and multiple resources. If conditions are unmet, a notification will inform the user that “Approved KM cannot be charged to the client.”
4. Client Shift Notes Report
- New Report Development: A new 'Client Shift Notes Report' has been introduced with filtering options for subsidiaries, client names, and date ranges.
- Export Functionality: Reports can be generated in CSV format, with download options available in the history view. Only reports created by the logged-in user will be visible unless they have the 'View All User Exports' permission.
5. Dashboard
- Franchise & Executive Dashboard: A new 'Click to load dashborad' option has been introduced on the dasboard screen, now dasboard will not load the default data for the franchise and executive dashboard. User needs to click on the newly added option to load the data.
6. Billing Template
- Inactive Billing Templates: Now once a billing template is retired from the settings, then that billing template will not be displayed on the Roaster creation and approval screens.
