New Feature: Staff Notes
Users with appropriate permissions can now access and perform actions within the Staff Notes section. This allows users to add important notes related to staff members. -
Adding Notes
Users can now add staff notes by selecting a category type, entering the client name, providing a detailed description, and attaching any relevant documents or files. This functionality helps maintain organized records and streamline communication.
2. Client List View with Status and Modifications

New "Status" Column
A new "Status" column has been added to the Client List view, allowing users to quickly see whether a client is Active or Inactive. This feature can be accessed by users with the "Client Status Change" permission. -
Enhanced Filtering Options
Users can now filter the client list based on the following criteria in the column chooser:- Client Agreement Status
- Client Mobile Number
These additions provide more flexibility in customizing list views for easier management and data tracking.
3. Roster Calendar View UI Enhancements with Unallocated Shifts

Unallocated Shifts in Grid View
The grid view in the Roster Calendar now features Unallocated Shifts as the first entry. This section allows for easier filtration by client, resource, or subsidiary, helping users quickly identify unassigned shifts. -
Optimized for Desktop and Laptop Screen Sizes
The roster calendar view has been optimized for both Desktop and laptop screen sizes, ensuring better visibility and user experience across devices. -
Streamlined Roster Creation and Data Filtration
The entire Roster Calendar view has been refined to improve roster creation and data filtration. Users can now easily filter shifts based on selected criteria for more efficient management. -
Improved Drag-and-Drop Shift Management
When users drag and drop shifts within the calendar, the new shift will automatically copy the same details (time, location, client, financial data) as the original shift, provided there are no conflicts with the assigned resource or client.
4. Price Line Item Creation and Other Screen Optimizations
