We are excited to announce the release of Sygnal version 2.71.4, which includes important enhancements aimed at improving user experience and providing greater flexibility for team member and shift visibility. Please see the details of the updates below:
1. Team Member Utilization Hours Enhancement
- New Feature: Users can now add team member allocated hours for Fortnite directly.
- Utilization Hours Visibility: Utilization hours will now be displayed fortnightly on the team member's profile, providing an updated view of utilization on a two-week cycle. The utilized hours will now reflect directly on the shift creation process, allowing users to assign shifts accordingly based on the team member’s current utilization.
2. Roster View and Approval Enhancement
- Roster Calendar & Approval Screen Improvements:
- Logged-in users will now see the roster data on the calendar and approval screens based on the default subsidiary selected from the list of subsidiaries assigned to them.
- The subsidiaries are now sorted in alphabetical order, making it easier for users to navigate.
- Permissions Impact:
- If the user has view assigned subsidiaries shifts permission only, then user will see only the first selected subsidairy data on default
- If the user has view all subsidiaries shifts permission, data from all subsidiaries will be visible by default in both the calendar and approval screens.
This release is designed to streamline the way team members’ utilization hours are displayed and improve the clarity and accessibility of shift information based on permissions.
