Sygnal, has released a new version of its web and mobile apps on September 20, 2023. The new version includes a number of new features and improvements, including:
- A new user interface that is more intuitive and easier to use.
- New features that make it easier for tenants to manage their resources and clients care plans, including reminders, alerts, and shift management.
- Improved security and privacy features.

Client Types
Every client record will now have a client type, such as aged care, NDIS, or iCare. If a client record does not have a client type, it will display N/A. However, these records must be updated with the correct client type after contacting the administrator or support team.

Client Agreements
Client agreements must also be updated. Clients with Inactive or N/A agreement status will not be able to get services. Agreement needs to be updated to schedule shift for clients.
Physical or Digital agreement can be updated for the client. Below screenshots shows how to create agreements.

Shift Review and Approval

Unapproved shifts with amendments and sleepover hours will now be highlighted in the roster review and approval screen and also in filter now we have a checkbox option to view all these shifts. -

There is a new screen for shift review and approval with two separate tabs for payroll and client billing approval. -
Team Members Screen
The team members screen has some new changes, including a work info section that displays information such as Team member type. Employment type, Weekly and monthly work utilization and work location.

Important:
- Client Types: All client records must be updated with the correct client type after getting data from subsidiaries.
- Client Agreements: All client agreements must be updated. Clients with outdated agreements will not be able to get services.
