How to link a travel line Item to a standard price list item?

To establish a mapping between a travel line item and a new or existing price line item, follow these steps:

• Create a new price line item in the price list by activating the 'Travel Item' toggle. This new item is crucial for mapping to the relevant main price list item, facilitating client billing, and applying KM rates.

Steps to Create a Travel Line Item:

1. Enable the 'Travel Line Item' toggle when creating a new price line item in the price list under travel details and click save.
   
2. Now user needs to select the required main price line item which needs to establish a mapping between a travel line item.
3. Specify the 'Effective Date,' 'KM Rate,' and choose the relevant travel item 'reference number' (Previously created travel item) from the dropdown.
   
   
   
4. Save the main price line item to establish the mapping with the travel item, making it available for use in roster creation.
   
   

   Note:

   Selection of travel line items during roster creation in the price line item selection is not permitted. These travel items must be associated with a main price line item for selection.
