Private Toggle:
- When the Private toggle button is active for a note, it means that note will not be visible to the resource on their mobile application.
- By default, this toggle button is inactive, allowing notes to be visible to the resources unless explicitly made private.
Show For Mobile Resources Toggle:
- For most note categories (e.g., feedback, inquiry), the Show For Mobile Resources toggle is default inactive.
- For the "Shift Notes" category, this toggle is default active and cannot be changed.
- If the Show For Mobile Resources toggle is active for a note, it means that the notes added under that category can be seen by the resources mapped to that particular client.
- If the toggle is inactive, the added notes won't be visible to the resources.
- Additionally, the Show For Mobile Resources toggle is default inactive for child notes added under the main parent notes.
These toggles provide control over the visibility of notes on the mobile application for resources, allowing for a flexible and customizable approach based on the specific needs of the user and the nature of the notes.
