A: To view client alerts on your mobile device, follow these steps:

Permissions Requirement: Ensure you have the "View Client Alerts" permission assigned to your user account.

Clock-In Screen:
- Navigate to the clock-in screen on your mobile device.
- Here, you will see alerts for all clients associated with the shift, provided you have the necessary permissions.

Clock-Out Screen:
- When you proceed to the clock-out screen, you will notice an alert icon displayed next to each client listed in that shift, if they have any alerts.
- Tap on the alert icon next to a client to view all alerts associated with that client.
Note: If user doesn't have permission to view client alerts, they will not see client alerts on any of the screen.
