1. How can I off-board a client in Sygnal?
You can update a client’s off-boarding status through multiple options:

From the Client Profile Edit screen

Using the status toggle on the Client Grid List

Using the status toggle within the Client Profile view

From the User screen, either via the grid status toggle or the User Edit screen
Note: Only users with the following permissions can off-board a client:

Manage Client
-
Manage Client Status
-
Manage User
2. What dates are allowed for off-boarding?

The off-boarding date can be in the past or future
-
However, it cannot be earlier than the client’s onboarding date
3. What happens if I set a future off-boarding date?

The client will be automatically marked as inactive on the specified date
-
All future shifts from that date will be deleted/unpublished

The client will no longer be available for new shift creation
-
All assigned subsidies and services will be stopped as the client becomes inactive.
4. What happens if I set a past off-boarding date?

The client will be marked inactive immediately
-
All future shifts from the current date onward will be deleted/unpublished
- All assigned subsidies and services will be stopped as the client becomes inactive.
5. What if I reactivate a previously off-boarded client?

If a client is reactivated at any point, the off-boarding date will be cleared (set to null)

You will need to manually set a new off-boarding date if required.
