To add favourite services for a client, follow these simple steps:

Open Client Profile: Navigate to the client profile by logging into your account and accessing the client menu. Find and click on the specific client for whom you want to add favourite services.

Access Settings Tab: Once you are in the client's profile, locate and click on the "Settings" tab. This tab contains various options to customize and manage client-specific preferences.

Navigate to Favourite Services: Within the Settings tab, you will find an option for "Favourite Services".

Add Favourite Price Line Items: In the Favourite Services section, you will be able to view and manage the client's favourite services. To add a new favourite service, look for an "Add" button. Click on it and user will get a popup to add price line items, select the price line item (Active line item with same Subsidiary) and save.
Note: Once added, all favourite price line items will be accessible for selection under the "Favourites" tab in shift creation, within the price line item options. -
Manual Utilization Entry: Additionally, user will have the option to manually enter the utilization for tracking purposes. This allows you to monitor monthly and yearly service usage for the specified client. After entering utilization details, don't forget to save your changes. Look for a "Save" button on the grid under action column and click on it to ensure that the information is saved.
- Add Staff Restrictions: In the Favourite Services section, you will be able to view and manage the client's favourite services. To add staff restriction, look for an "Add" button under "Staff Restriction". Click on it and user will get a popup to add staff to restriction list (Same subsidiary staff can be add) and save.
By following these steps, you can easily add and manage favourite services for a client, providing a more personalized and efficient experience.
