How do I get access to the Sygnal Care Client App?
Once your case manager or admin enables your login in Sygnal, you will receive an email titled:
“Welcome Aboard! Time to Secure Your Sygnal Account”
This email contains:
A Set New Password button
Download links for the Sygnal Care Client App

How do I download the Sygnal Care app?
Based on your mobile device:
iPhone (iOS): Download from the Apple App Store
(Click the icon to install the app)Android: Download from the Google Play Store
(Click the icon to install the app)
You can install the app before or after setting your password.
How do I set my password for the first time?
Open the Welcome Aboard email
Click Set New Password
A new webpage opens in your mobile web browser
Enter a password that meets the following rules:
Password Requirements
Minimum 8 characters
At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
At least one number (0–9)
At least one special character (
@$!%*?&#)
Confirm the password
You will see a success message
Return to the Sygnal Care mobile app
How do I log in to the app after setting my password?
Open the Sygnal Care Client App

Enter:
The email address you received the welcome email on
The password you just created
Tap Login
If details are correct, you will be logged in successfully.
What does “Remember Me” do?
When enabled, Remember Me securely saves your login details so you don’t need to enter them every time you open the app.
What if I see “The reset password link has expired”?
If you see this message:
“The reset password link has expired. Please click the reset password button to begin the process again.”
This happens because:
The welcome email link is valid for 30 minutes only
What to do next:
Click Reset Password to receive a new email
ORContact your case manager or admin to resend the welcome email
What if I see “Invalid username or password” when logging in?
This usually means:
The email address was entered incorrectly
The password was entered incorrectly
What you can do:
Double-check your email and password
Make sure there are no extra spaces
Try again carefully
If the issue continues:
Tap Forgot Password
Enter your email address
Submit to receive a password reset email
You can also contact your case manager or admin to reset your password or verify your email.
What happens after I log in successfully?
Once logged in, you will see the Dashboard, which shows:
Today’s Shifts
Upcoming Shifts
You can:
Tap a shift to view details
Contact your case manager if changes are needed
How do I view all my shifts?
Go to the Shifts tab to view:
Upcoming Shifts
Completed Shifts
Cancelled Shifts
You can:
Tap any shift to view full details
Filter shifts by date
Review past or future services
Can I give feedback after a shift?
Yes.
For completed shifts, you can:
Rate the service
Select feedback tags
Write comments or compliments
Submit inquiries or complaints directly through the app
Your feedback helps improve service quality.
What can I do from the Profile / Menu section?
From the Menu tab you can:
View and update your profile information
Change your password
Enable App Lock (Face ID / biometric login)
Log out securely
What is App Lock (Face Login)?
App Lock allows you to:
Use Face ID or biometric authentication
Log in faster and more securely
Avoid entering your password each time
You can enable this from the Profile → App Lock option.
Will I receive notifications?
Yes. You will receive notifications when:
A new shift is created or assigned
A shift is updated or cancelled
A reminder is sent 2 hours before an upcoming shift
You can view notifications from the notification icon at the top-right of the app.
What should I do if I need help?
If you experience any issues:
Use Forgot Password for login problems
Contact your case manager or admin
Ensure your email address is correct and active
