To bill kilometres to a client, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Roster Review/Approval screen.
- Open the shift to be approved.

Approve the payroll tab and proceed to the client billing tab.

Locate the client billing tab and find the corresponding client entry.

Under the "Action" column, look for the "Edit" button and click on it.

Once in the edit mode, the "Client Billed KMs" field will be enabled.

Enter the number of kilometres to be billed for the client.

Save the changes by clicking on the "Save" button.

After saving, proceed to approve the client billing by following the relevant process.

The entered kilometres will now be visible in the "Client Billed KMs" widget located in the header section.
- If we have a split shift, then user needs to expend the shift and then add the KMs to be billed to Client in the split grid.
- If user selects a price line item with no travel rates association while creating shift, then they will not be able to add any KMs to client billing on the approval screen.
These steps ensure that the kilometres are accurately recorded and billed to the client, providing transparency and clarity in the billing process.
