You can enter KM under the "Add KM" step during the clock-out process.
2. How does KM entry work for multiple-client shifts?
For shifts involving multiple clients, you can enter KM separately for each client. This step is optional and based on the client's request.
3. What happens if my shift has only one client?
If there is a single client, only the client name will be displayed, allowing you to input the KM amount directly.
4. Can I add additional notes when entering KM?
Yes, you can enter an additional note under the "Add KM" extension. The note has a maximum limit of 1,000 characters and is optional.
5. Where can I view the KM details after clocking out?
KM details will be displayed in the shift details view after clock-out and in the approved shift details view on mobile.

6. Where can I view KM details in the Payroll tab?
The Payroll tab will display the total kilometers requested for each client, along with any additional comments entered by staff.
7. Has the KM approval logic changed?
No, the existing KM approval logic and functionality remain unchanged for both single-resource and multi-resource scenarios.
8. Does the KM auto-copy function apply to all shifts?
No, the KM auto-copy function only applies to shifts involving one resource and one client, as per the existing functionality, and auto auto-copy feature won't be available if there are multiple clients.
9. Where can I find KM details in the Client Billing tab?
The Client Billing tab will display the staff-requested KM next to each client-specific KM addition field.
